Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Beijing Arrival ( L )

Welcome to Beijing! Upon your arrival at Beijing international airport, our guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. After check in and having a short rest, you'll visit the Temple of Heaven -- the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world where the ancient Emperors prayed for peace and harvest.

Day 2 Beijing ( B, L )

Our English speaking tour guide and experienced driver pick you up at your hotel and then go straight to the Mutianyu Great Wall. The Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the best preserved parts of the Great Wall, is famous for its beautiful surroundings.

You have about 2 hours to hike the Mutianyu Great Wall. If you want to reach the highest point, you can try the cable car (optional).

After a Chinese typical lunch, move on to the Changling of the Ming Tombs and its Sacred Way. On the way back, you may make a stop at the Beijing Olympic Village to take some pictures of the world-famed "Bird Nest" and the "Water Cube" from the outside. After this, you will be transferred to your hotel for rest.

 

Mutianyu Great Wall

Day 3 Beijing Departure ( B, L )

Today our guide will pick you up at your hotel. Firstly you will visit the world's biggest city plaza, Tiananmen Square (literally, Gate of Heavenly Peace). Then walk to the marvelous "Egg" (the National Centre for the Performing Arts) to take some pictures from its outside.

Subsequently you will move on to the Forbidden City, the most complete imperial palace in China. Afterwards, pay a visit to the Jingshan Park to enjoy the panorama view of the whole Forbidden City and the City of Beijing, and view the peony flower. The peony is one of the most favored traditional flowers in China. Along with the plum blossom, peony is a traditional floral symbol of China. It is called “Mudan” in Chinese, known as “flower of riches and honor”.

After the tour, our guide will escort you to the airport for you onward flight back to your home or your next destination.
